Warp 9 220mm Front Caliper Adapter Spacer Kit

The Warp 9 220mm Front Caliper Adapter Spacer Kit is the cleanest and easiest way to unlock more stopping power from your e-moto’s stock brake setup. Designed to convert 203mm post-mount forks to run 220mm rotors, this kit gives you that extra bite and leverage without going overboard or swapping your entire brake system.

CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in black anodizing, the adapter is strong, lightweight, and built to last. Warp 9 includes everything you need for a proper install — four Torx-head low-profile nickel-coated bolts plus blue thread lock so you can bolt it up with confidence.

This kit works with OEM Sur Ron, Talaria, and Segway calipers as well as most aftermarket post-mount calipers, making it a versatile upgrade. Note: it fits the front wheel only and won’t work with rear caliper brackets. If you’re running Hope V4 brakes, slight modification will be needed.
